1. Complaints procedure
If you have any complaints on the product or delivery thereof, please inform us of such by sending an email to email@example.com.
The consumer should afford the entrepreneur with a period of at least 4 weeks to resolve the complaint by mutual consultation.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur up to the moment of delivery to the consumer or a pre-designated representative known to the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed to otherwise.
A 10-year guarantee is applicable to the product.
3. Delivery costs
Free delivery worldwide.
The price stipulated in the product offer includes VAT.
5. Withdrawal rights
A consumer within the EU has the right to terminate an agreement with regards to the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period, without having to provide any reason for such and within 14 days. During this period of time, the consumer will only handle and inspect the product as he would in a store. If not, the consumer shall be liable for the depreciation of the product.
The cost of the return of the product shall be borne by the consumer.
The entrepreneur will reimburse any payments made by the consumer as soon as the product is received or if the consumer can provide the relevant proof that the product has in fact been returned.
